MAS Consulting Strategic Managed Services include:

  • Proactive onsite visits (scheduled daily, weekly or monthly based upon your Service plan coverage) and all additional onsite support required will be included at no charge
  • MAS Proactive Watch - Complete server monitoring, performance tuning and maintenance. This includes the Windows Server operating system and all your server-based solutions including SQL Server and Exchange Server. We'll monitor the health of your servers, provide proactive maintenance to resolve potential problems, and continually tune your hardware and software for maximum performance.   We will also provide monthly reporting.
  • Microsoft Server patch and hot fix installation.
  • Microsoft Server administration including adding/deleting users and groups, permissions management, and hard disk optimization.
  • Microsoft SQL Server database maintenance, optimization and backups.
  • Microsoft Dynamics monitoring and maintenance including log monitoring and regular maintenance such as integrity checks, clearing logs files, and purging old data.
  • Microsoft Dynamics patch and hot fix installation.
  • Microsoft Dynamics administration including adding/deleting users and groups and permissions management.
  • Administrator & End-User email, telephone, & remote access support.
  • Guaranteed same day response.
  • Additionally, when enrolled in the Managed Service Plan ACHE is eligible for a discounted consulting rate for new projects that do not fit into the plan coverage.  MAS will offer Strategic Managed Service clients 20% discount on consulting services for all new projects.
