Challenge
Corporate Safe Specialists needed a reliable, easily administered and scalable phone system that could allow them to offer unparalleled customer service through their call center. They also needed a voice recording system that would catalogue and store all of the call center conversations for easy retrieval and review.
Solution
Corporate Safe chose MAS Consulting to implement the AltiGen phone system to provide them with an easily managed, scalable, and feature-rich solution. In addition to the AltiGen System, MAS Consulting also provided Corporate Safe Specialists with an Audiolog Voice Recording System that integrates with AltiGen. The voice recording and logging system also contributes to the high customer service threshold that Corporate Safe requires out of each of its employees.
Result
With features like Zoomerang, Message Notification, Call Forwarding, and One Number Access Corporate Safe has become a more productive company and has increased their customer service significantly. They currently use the AltiGen System as a sales tool when recruiting new customers because of its robust communication features that keep you and your customers connected. During the snowstorm of 1999 in Chicago, 90% of their staff could not get into the office. But not a single phone call went unanswered. The AltiGen system allowed for remote users to forward their extensions, continue being a part of their call center workgroups, and continue to work and stay in business. The Mercom Audiolog voice recording and logging system has contributed to keeping their customer service levels extremely high and regulated.
