Job Description
MAS Consulting - www.mcas.com, a leading Chicago loop Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and consulting firm needs to hire a Microsoft Solutions Consultant to join our Microsoft Network and Telecom consulting team. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who enjoys working with a variety of technologies. 2 plus years experience with Microsoft Networking and college degree are required. This individual needs to have a working knowledge of Microsoft 2000/2003 Server and Exchange Server, Windows XP and Active Directories. Citrix and Microsoft CRM are pluses, but not required. This individual needs to be able to work independently on projects along with leading small teams for larger projects. Passion to work in technology is a big plus. We are passionate about what we do.
Detailed Responsibilities
- Answer client Help Desk calls, assign cases to other consultants, and follow cases from creation to completion.
- Provide telephone and remote support.
- Continue training to become onsite consultant.
- Make recommendations for improvements to the implementation process and onsite consulting services in order to achieve the highest level of service to our clients.
- Obtain Microsoft and other certifications as deemed necessary

- Independent problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to independently learn and work with additional technologies
- Detail orientation
- Ability to gather requirements and scope projects
- College degree
